1.1 Soak the fungus and mince the meat, either pork or beef can be used.

7. Add the diced onion, carrot, celery and potato in turn and stir-fry.

8. Add the cabbage and a little dark soy sauce.

9. Pour in an appropriate amount of boiled water, bring to a boil over high heat, and add pepper powder.

10. Bring another pot to boil.

11. Take out the noodles and pour the prepared臊子 on them. A bowl of fragrant and sour spicy noodles is ready. I added some chili oil to the dish and my husband ate up the whole bowl of it.
