Milk Mahua recipe and recipe

The uses of milk are very wide. First of all, milk can be used to make soup, cook instant noodles, drink it directly or use it to cook various things. The leftover milk can be added to the dough to make milk dough sticks. It has a milky flavor when eaten and tastes pretty good. But it is not only flour and milk that make delicious dough sticks. A series of seasonings such as yeast, sugar, eggs, honey, etc. are also needed.

300 grams of flour, 1 egg, 4 grams of yeast, 50 grams of sugar, 120 grams of milk, 30 grams of honey, and 2 grams of salt. 500g peanut oil (actual consumption 60g);

practice

1. Flour, salt and sugar.

2. Add eggs and honey.

3. Heat the milk in the microwave for 15 seconds.

4. Add yeast and dissolve.

5. Pour in flour and mix into dough, then add vegetable oil.

6. Knead the dough evenly and thoroughly, add sugar for 10 minutes.

7. Divide into even-sized portions.

8. Roll into long strips and add sugar for a while.

9. Continue rolling until it is 50 cm long.

10. Rub it into a twist shape.

11. Continue rubbing one end until it grows longer.

12. Fold the two ends together to make a twist.

13. The finished fried dough twist.

14. Place the lid on the sugar for 10 minutes.

15. Put oil in the pan, heat it to 40% to 50% and then add the fried dough twist.

16. Fry slowly over medium-low heat.

17. Fry until golden brown.

18. Drain the oil and place it on a plate, then you can enjoy the milky honey hemp flowers.
