9. After the pig skin soup cools down, pour it into the prepared bowl

10. Cover the pot with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator overnight.

11. Mash the garlic with a garlic press

12. Put it in a bowl, add pepper powder, Sichuan pepper powder, vinegar, light soy sauce and sugar, mix well, pour it on the cut jelly, and then pour chili oil on it.
