No batter drips down, which proves that the consistency is appropriate. Do not add more egg liquid.

5. Squeeze the batter onto a baking sheet lined with tin foil, about 2 inches from the bottom, and place in a preheated oven at 400F. Bake until the balls rise, then switch to 365F. Do not open the oven door during baking. Remember;

6. Bake until golden brown and place on a drying rack;

7. In fact, the inside of the puff is hollow, and you can make a hole by gently scratching it with your fingers;

8. Use a piping bag or rubber tube to squeeze the filling in and it is ready to eat.
