Prepare the sauce, mash the garlic, add a small spoonful of salt, pour a little water, prepare the garlic water for the cold skin, pour water into a small pot, add vinegar, soy sauce, five-spice powder, and star aniseed and bring to a boil. Sieve the boiled aniseed water to remove the residue, and the seasoning water for the cold skin is ready. Sesame paste must be diluted, slowly add water and stir to dilute it a little.

11. Cut the steamed cold skin into strips.

12. Put bean sprouts, cucumber shreds and sliced ​​cold noodles in a large bowl. Add sesame paste, garlic juice, seasoning water and chili oil according to the taste. Mix well and you can eat.
