1. Soak millet for an hour in advance. I used Shanxi organic millet that my friend brought from his hometown. It tastes good and is nutritious.

2.1 Cut various ingredients into small pieces. Marinate the longli fish with sesame oil, pepper powder, salt, white pepper, chopped green onion and ginger for a while

3.2 Prepare the raw materials. You can add any ingredients to the porridge. I added frozen black ginseng (bought from the supermarket, just thawed, no need to spend time and effort to foam, very convenient), diced longli fish, mushrooms, carrots, Chinese cabbage, black fungus, white tofu, but I didn’t add peas. This way it is nutritious and the color looks good.

4. Prepare the stock. It can be chicken soup, bone soup, etc. I used the leftover fish head and tofu soup from yesterday. I crushed the leftover fish head and bones, added some water, boiled it over high heat, and then simmered it over low heat. After filtering, I got the fragrant fish soup.

5. Heat the pan, add a small amount of olive oil, add sea cucumber, carrot, mushroom, potato, and black fungus and stir-fry until fragrant, add broth, bring to a boil over high heat, and add millet. The ratio of rice to water is about 1:25. You can add or reduce it according to the amount of ingredients. After boiling over high heat, simmer over low heat. Be sure to stir from time to time to prevent it from sticking to the pan.

6. After cooking for about an hour and a half, the millet will be soft and glutinous, and the porridge will be thicker. At this time, add the diced longli fish, white tofu, and Chinese cabbage, boil for a while, season before serving, and add appropriate amount of salt.
