1. Prepare all the main ingredients, clean and sharpen the knife

8. After the tofu is cooked, test the saltiness of the soup in the pot. Add appropriate amount of sugar according to personal taste to combine the saltiness of the sauerkraut. Add chicken essence and pepper to taste. After adjusting the taste, spread the fish evenly.

9. Keep the heat low to medium when adding the fish. Although fish is resistant to cooking, it will become tough if overcooked. Turn the fish over immediately after 30 seconds of adding it to the pot. Turn it over as soon as it turns a little white.

10. Turn off the heat immediately after turning the fish over. It is best not to overcook the fish. Let the fish simmer in the pot with the residual heat of the pot.

11. Simmer for three to five minutes with residual heat and then add coriander. I stewed the fish pieces, and they were very tender. The taste of boiled fish is incomparable.
