1. How long does it take to bake ribs in a microwave?

2. How to roast pork ribs in microwave oven

Materials Needed:

1. Ingredients: 2 spareribs, 10g each of garlic, onion and sesame;

2. Seasoning: 5 spoons of soy sauce, 2 spoons of oyster sauce, 3 spoons of cooking wine, 1 pinch of sugar, 1 spoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of plum sauce

2. Specific practices:

1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Boil the ribs, drain, add seasoning and mix well.

3. After mixing well, put it in a refrigerated container and marinate in the refrigerator for half an hour.

4. Place the chopped onions in a microwaveable bowl, then top it with the marinated pork ribs.

5. Microwave on medium heat for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds when it comes out.

3. How to make oven ribs

1. Wash and chop the ribs, mix soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, salt, black pepper, five-spice powder (if using barbecue sauce, add barbecue sauce at this time) together to make a sauce, and brush the sauce evenly on the ribs and marinate them. It is best to marinate overnight, or a few hours will also do. If you really don't have time, an hour will also do.

2. Put tin foil on the baking tray, place the marinated ribs neatly on the tin foil, and then wrap them with tin foil. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. If your oven temperature is higher, just preheat it to 200 degrees. Put the ribs in and bake for 20 minutes.

3. Then take it out, open the tin foil, brush a layer of honey on each rib. If you use barbecue sauce, then brush a layer of barbecue sauce. Put it in the oven again and bake for 10 minutes. There is no need to wrap it with tin foil for the last 10 minutes.
