Homemade Shrimp Vermicelli

Shrimp noodle soup is a common delicacy, and the preparation method is relatively simple. It mainly involves preparing shrimps and cold noodles. We know that shrimp meat has a relatively high nutritional value, and eating some of it on a regular basis is very good for the body. It is easier to promote digestion and the body's absorption of protein, and generally does not cause indigestion. It is very suitable for the elderly and children, and is more suitable for people with weak constitutions.

Step 1

Remove the shrimp heads, peel the shrimps, and then pick out the shrimp threads. After that, clean the shrimps. Use a knife to cut the shrimps a few times on both sides, then straighten them (don’t break them) so that they won’t curl up when you fry them.

Step 2

Make seasoning. Mix salt, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil and garlic together.

Step 3

Add the shrimp to the prepared seasoning and cook for 10 minutes.

Step 4

Boil a pot of water and put the dragon beard noodles into the hot water. As for the process (my mother said, it’s like making cold noodles), when it’s done, rinse it in cold water. (I saw other recipes saying to put the noodles into flour. I did that and then it became a lump of dough...haha, my skills are not good enough~) After the noodles are kneaded, it’s best not to mess it up, otherwise it will be difficult to wrap.

Step 5

Roll the shrimp in the flour, and then when wrapping the dragon beard noodles, roll the dragon beard noodles in the flour for a while, and then wrap it on the shrimp. (Wrap tightly! Otherwise it will fall apart easily when frying.)

Step 6

After coating the shrimps, put oil in the pan and start frying when the oil is hot. Fry them separately (be careful not to get splashed by oil) and fry until golden brown.

Step 7

Control the oil.

1. Use a toothpick to remove the shrimp intestines and shrimp bags and rinse them clean.

2. Sprinkle a little salt and marinate for a few minutes

3. Put the noodles into boiling water and cook until soft. Take them out immediately.

4. Cool the noodles with tap water

5. Drain the cooled noodles

6. Dip the marinated prawn tails in dry starch

7. Wrap the shrimp tail with the drained noodles

8. Fry in oil until golden brown, remove and drain the remaining oil.
