How to make golden braised pork

6. Put scallion segments, ginger slices, star anise, and garlic into the pot, add salt, a little cooking wine, and dark soy sauce, and finally pour in warm water to cover the meat. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for 20-25 minutes, and finally heat up to reduce the sauce.
