How to make sweet and sour pork tenderloin

Nowadays, many people work and live alone outside. They want to learn how to cook, but they just can’t do it well. In order to solve this problem, I will now teach you how to make sweet and sour pork tenderloin.

1. Prepare the tenderloin (only the lean part)

2.1 Add cooking wine, water starch and a little salt and marinate.

3.2 Cut into strips as thick as chopsticks.

4.1 Remove from the oil when it turns golden brown.

5.2 Heat the oil to about 200 degrees and fry in a pan.

6.1 Add a little tomato paste. (I used about 3 tablespoons)

7.2 Leave a little oil in the pan, add ginger and onion and stir-fry until fragrant.

8.1 Add appropriate amount of boiling water and bring to a boil. Taste the flavor and adjust the flavor again according to your preference.

9.2 After frying until fragrant, add appropriate amount of sugar and vinegar.

10. Pour in the fried meat strips and stir-fry quickly.

11. Add cooking wine and cook over high heat until the sauce thickens.

12. Turn off the heat, add a little sesame oil, stir well and serve.

13. The sweet and sour meat strips are ready to enjoy!
