17. Add half of the pig blood and tofu and cook for about 3 minutes.

18. Add the chopped green and red peppers and continue cooking for 1 minute.

19. Finally, sprinkle in the green garlic segments. Add a little chicken stock and turn off the heat. Move it to the hot pot pot and heat it in the induction cooker. When you are almost done eating, cook the remaining pig blood and tofu.
