11. Mix the other half of the egg white into the egg yolk mixture

12. Weigh the milk and butter, put them into a microwave oven and simmer for 20 seconds. Take them out at a temperature of about 70 degrees.

13. Pour the butter and milk into the cake batter little by little, stirring evenly while pouring. Don't pour them together, it will cause defoaming

14. Pour the cake batter into the baking pan lined with silicone paper, smooth the cake batter and shake it a few times.

15. After the oven is preheated, bake at 170 degrees on the middle layer for 15 minutes. After the cake is baked, take it out and open the silicone paper around it to dissipate heat

16. After the cake has cooled, turn it over and tear off the silicone paper. It is best to slide a few knives evenly on the cake to make it easier to roll.

17. Add sugar to the cream and whip it until it stops flowing and has obvious lines.

18. Spread the cream with a spatula, put silicone paper under the cake (I forgot to put it there later), slowly roll it up, and cool it for thirty minutes. Can be refrigerated. Slice after cooling. The four sides of the cake are cut off to make it more beautiful
