9. Chop the kale and put it into the pot. If you don’t have kale, you can use spinach, but you must put it in at the end before serving. Spinach will become astringent if cooked for too long, and the taste will not be so good.

10. Finally, add heavy cream. If you don’t have it, you can use milk. Stir well and cook for 3 minutes until the milky aroma comes out. Then you are done.
