1. 10. Cover the pot and cook for a few minutes (because the pot is full of soup), then open the lid and continue cooking. (When the soup is half full or two-thirds full, cover it and cook it so it cooks faster!)

11. Add the blanched broccoli and continue cooking.

12. After adding the broccoli, continue cooking for about five to six or seven minutes, and a pot of beautiful, refreshing, delicious and nutritious soup will be ready!
