1. Chop the greens

2.1 Separate the egg yolk and egg white and beat them separately

3.2 Crush the tofu with a knife

4.1 Put water in the soup pot, bring to a boil, then add vegetables and tofu. After boiling, add salt, sugar, and chicken essence.

5.2 Such simple materials are ready.

6. After the water boils again, add the starch and stir. If possible, soak the starch for more than 2 hours for better gelatinization effect. I was temporary, so it wasn't that long. O(∩_∩)O~

7. Then pour the egg yolk and egg white in batches, stirring to make it into threads. In this way, the soup will have white and yellow colors, which is very beautiful.
