I used an electric pressure cooker to steam the spareribs for this photo shoot (you can use an electric pressure cooker to steam the spareribs without making them chewy. Just select the "standard" pressure and use the "meat spareribs" setting), which saves you a lot of trouble. 7. Sprinkle the steamed ribs with chopped green onions. I changed the container of the ribs after steaming them to make them look better.
