How to make private grilled pork chops

1. Chop the ribs into even-sized pieces, wash and drain

5. Start seasoning: 1 block of fermented bean curd, 3 tablespoons of pork rib sauce, rice wine, salt, sugar, a handful of crushed peppercorns, cornstarch, and finally add chopped green onions and a spoonful of peanut oil. Stir well to make sure every piece of ribs is coated with the sauce.

6. Wrap with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 24 hours

7. Place the seasoned ribs on a baking tray covered with tin foil and brush with peanut oil before putting them into the oven.

8. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes
