How to make shredded radish glutinous rice dumplings

1. Beat 12 eggs, spread them into egg skins, cut them into small cubes, and cut the meat into thin strips

11. Take a dough (my dough is about 60 grams) and knead it into the shape of a steamed bun, a bit like a hat.

12. Add stuffing and seal.

13. Put water in the steamer and bring it to a boil. Then put the dumplings in and steam them over high heat for 15 minutes. If you have wax paper at home, you can put it under the dumplings. The glutinous rice is very sticky and you may want to prevent it from sticking to the wax paper when you take it out of the pot.
