Cranberry lemon cookies recipe

8. Add cranberries and lemon zest and mix well

9. Add the mixed dough into a piping bag and use a piping bag with a chrysanthemum nozzle to squeeze out patterns on the baking tray. Place in preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes. (The time is just for reference. It is best to watch the fire while baking. Turn off the fire when the cookies reach the color you want. Do not take them out immediately after turning off the fire. Let them sit for a while with the residual heat of the oven to avoid underbaking.)

10. After the baked cookies have cooled completely, they can be eaten or stored in bags.
