How to make pork and spinach steamed buns

5. Finally, add cold water in batches, knead the dough with your hands, cover and relax for 20 minutes

6. Wash and chop the chives, add them to the meat filling together with the cooled spinach, add about 1 teaspoon of salt, and mix well to make the filling.

7. Roll the dough into long strips, cut into several small pieces (about 30g/piece), roll into round thin dough, put the filling in, fold in half, and use your right hand to cross from one end to the left and right to make willow leaf buns.

8. Put the water in the pot and cook on high heat for 12 minutes after the water starts to boil.
