8. Roll into long strips and put into baking tray

9. Brush the surface with egg liquid twice and use a toothpick to scrape out pineapple patterns on it.

10. Place the cake in the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes until the surface turns color. The baking time depends on the performance of your oven.

11. Take out the baked crispy strips and let them cool. Cut into long strips about 6CM long and serve on a plate.
