How to make milk mango balls

Whether our diet is healthy or not is often directly related to our physical health. If you want to have a good body, you should not be lazy in normal times. If you don’t want to cook complicated dishes, you can also try some simple dishes. For example, the method of making milk mango meatballs is very simple, which is very suitable for those who are busy and don’t want to compromise.

1. Boil a pot of water. When the water boils, take out the glutinous rice balls from the freezer (take them out after the water boils, as they will easily stick together after being thawed for a long time).

2. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes depending on the size of the meatballs, and remove them when they all float to the surface of the water (make sure they are cooked through)

3. After taking them out, rinse off the sticky substances with cold boiled water and drain the water (this step is to prevent the meatballs from sticking together and make them taste smooth).

4. Place the meatballs on a plate, pour in slightly warmed milk with sugar, and finally sprinkle with mango flesh.
