1. Put all ingredients except butter into the mixing bowl of the bread machine and mix into a uniform dough. After adding butter, knead until the expansion stage.

2.1 When it has doubled in size and the first fermentation is complete, divide it into 24 portions, roll them into balls, and place them directly on a baking tray to start the second fermentation (I used two baking trays)

3.2 Cover the kneaded dough with plastic wrap and start the first fermentation

4. When the dough is twice as large as before, the second fermentation is over. Apply egg liquid and sprinkle with almond slices. Preheat the oven to 180°

5. Place the baking tray in the oven, middle layer, 180 degrees for 15 minutes (cover with tin foil after the bread is colored)
