1. Wash the chicken and cut it into 1cm pieces. Mix well with cooking wine, egg white, salt, soy sauce, pepper and curry powder and marinate for 20 minutes.

2.1 Use bamboo sticks to string the chicken pieces, onion pieces, and green, red, and yellow pepper pieces together in the order you like.

3.2 Remove the stems of the green, red and yellow peppers, wash them and cut them into 1cm pieces. Remove the outermost dry skin of the onion, wash it and cut it into 1cm pieces

4. Pour a proper amount of oil into a frying pan, heat it to 70% hot, then turn to medium heat, put in the meat skewers and fry on both sides until cooked. (About 3 minutes, until the chicken turns white). After taking it out, pour Thai sweet chili sauce on it. If you have sesame seeds at home, you can also sprinkle some.
