How to make spicy mustard tuber and egg cake

1. Beat eggs with sugar

2. Sift in the mixture of low flour and baking powder

3. Add water to make a clear paste, then add two teaspoons of oil and let it rest for half an hour.

4. Chop the mustard tuber and cut the ham into small cubes

5. Add chili powder and mix well; (If you don’t like spicy food, you can skip this step)

Choose the doneness according to your preference. If you like it done, fry it for about another minute; if you like it tender, continue with the following steps

9. Add the mixed mustard and ham, and flatten them slightly with a small spoon.

10. Use a small spoon to lift one side and fold it to the other side to make a half-moon shape. Use a small spoon to press it down to fix the shape and remove from the pan.
