Tomato Prawn Recipe

Fried Tomato Prawns

Material

6 large shrimps, some coriander leaves, 20g tomato sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, 0.5 tsp salt, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tsp chicken stock, 30g water, 12g salad oil, 20g sweet grapes

1. Wash the prawns and marinate them with cooking wine;

2. Take a small bowl, put tomato sauce and water, mix and adjust; add sugar, salt and oyster sauce in turn, stir well;

3. Pour salad oil into the pan, add the marinated prawns, and fry until they change color to orange-yellow, about 3 minutes;

4. Pour the prepared tomato juice into the pot to let the prawns absorb the flavor ;

5. Cook for about 2 minutes, spray with sweet wine, and serve.

Tips

1. Use scissors to remove the shrimp thread from the prawns, and then marinate with cooking wine.

2. Spraying sweet wine is to highlight the flavor of tomato sauce and make the shrimp more fragrant and delicious.

Tomato Prawns

Material

Ingredients: 350g prawns,

Seasoning: 20g tomato sauce, 3g salt, 2g chicken essence, 5g green onion, 3g ginger, 10g cooking wine, 20g vegetable oil

1. Remove the head and shell of the prawns (shrimp), cut a hole on the back of the prawns, remove the sand intestines, wash and drain, then marinate with fine salt for a while, fry in hot oil and remove;

2. Place a wok on the fire, add a proper amount of oil, add scallion segments and ginger slices after the oil is hot, then add tomato sauce and stir-fry until cooked, add water, salt, chicken essence, and sugar and mix well, add prawns and cook until cooked, then simmer over high heat until the sauce is reduced, then remove from heat. After the prawns have cooled, cut them into pieces and serve on a plate.

Tips

Food incompatibility:

Prawns: Prawns should not be eaten with certain fruits. Shrimp is rich in nutrients such as protein and calcium. If they are eaten together with fruits containing tannic acid, such as grapes, pomegranates, hawthorns, persimmons, etc., not only will the nutritional value of the protein be reduced, but the tannic acid will also combine with calcium ions to form insoluble complexes that irritate the stomach and intestines, causing discomfort to the human body and symptoms such as vomiting, dizziness, nausea, abdominal pain and diarrhea. There should be at least 2 hours between eating seafood and these fruits.
