Fried yuba with minced meat, delicious in color, aroma and taste

Stir-fried bean curd with meat is a very famous delicacy. It uses pork tenderloin. Bean curd has a high nutritional value. Method 1:

1. Soak the bean curd in warm water until soft, and cut it into inch-long pieces with a slanting knife; cut the pork into thin slices, add rice wine, starch, and sesame oil and mix well; cut the bell pepper into triangular pieces; cut the green onion into sections; and slice the ginger;

3. Slice the pork belly, put a little oil in the wok and stir-fry until the fat is released.

4. Add garlic and chili and stir fry

5. Add yuba and a little water and cook for a while

6. Add light soy sauce

7. Add cooking wine and appropriate amount of salt and serve.

Eating yuba can prevent Alzheimer's disease

Nutritional data show that the protein content of every 100 grams of soy milk, tofu, and yuba is 1.8 grams, 8.1 grams, and 44.6 grams respectively; while the water content is 96 grams, 82.8 grams, and 7.9 grams respectively. It is not difficult to see that yuba is rich in protein and low in water. This is because it is dried during the production process, absorbing its essence and concentrating the nutrients in soy milk.

Bean curd sticks have a good brain-enhancing effect and can prevent the occurrence of Alzheimer's disease. This is because the glutamate content in yuba is very high, 2 to 5 times that of other beans or animal foods, and glutamate plays an important role in brain activity. In addition, the phospholipids and saponins contained in yuba can also lower the cholesterol content in the blood, and prevent hyperlipidemia and arteriosclerosis.
