While the steak is grilling, clean and dry the pan, heat it up, pour in 15ml of olive oil, heat over high heat, when the oil is 50% hot, add the vegetables and fry over medium-low heat for 1 minute. Before serving, add the chopped bell peppers and sprinkle with salt (about 2 grams) and stir well.

7. After the vegetables are fried, place the vegetables and beef on a plate

9. Pour it on the steak.
