1. Wash the cabbage, cut it into pieces, add salt and marinate until a lot of water is released.

2. Chop the pork into minced meat.

3. Buy ready-made spring roll wrappers.

4. Mix the marinated cabbage pieces and minced meat, add chopped ginger and scallion, salt, light soy sauce, rice wine, white pepper powder, sesame oil, salad oil and other seasonings and stir evenly.

5. Spread out the spring roll wrapper and place an appropriate amount of meat filling at the bottom of the spring roll wrapper. Do not put too much filling.

6. Then slowly roll the skin upwards.

7. When it is halfway rolled, fold the leather on both sides back inward, and then continue to roll the leather to seal the edges.

8. Heat oil in a pan, then spread the rolled spring rolls evenly into the pan, making sure they don’t stick to each other.

9. Turn over frequently and fry until both sides are golden brown.

10. Finished product.
