How to make dumplings with pork, shrimp and cabbage

1. Peel the onion and wash the cabbage, pork and dried shrimp separately.

2. Soak the dried shrimps in warm water.

3. Add flour to water and knead into a smooth dough. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 minutes.

4. Chop the cabbage, onion, and pork separately. Sprinkle 2 grams of salt on the cabbage and knead it to squeeze out the water for later use.

5. Chop the soaked shrimps into small pieces.

6. Add the water used to soak the dried shrimp, soybean oil, light soy sauce, the remaining 6 grams of salt, thirteen spices, MSG, ginger powder to the meat filling. Add the chopped onion and shrimp and stir in a clockwise direction until it becomes viscous. Finally, add the cabbage filling and mix well.

7. Cut the dough into equal parts, roll it into pancakes and make dumplings.

8. Wrap all the dumplings one by one.

9. After the water in the pot boils, put the dumplings in and stir with a spoon along the edge of the pot to prevent the dumplings from sticking to the pot. Cover the pot and when the water boils again, don't cover the pot anymore. Cook until all the dumplings float to the surface and the skin does not collapse when you press it with your hand.

10. Serve on a plate and serve.
