Caribbean-style braised oxtail recipe

1. Prepare all necessary raw materials as required and set aside.

3.1 Stir-fry carrot, celery and onion in the remaining oil in the pan until soft, it takes about 3-4 minutes

13. After boiling, turn to low heat, cover and simmer for about 2 hours. If using a pressure cooker, 1 hour is enough.

14. Remove from the pan, sprinkle with chopped parsley and done.
