10. Heat the oven to 250 degrees, place the baking tray on the bottom layer, and put the pork on the second to last layer.

11. Cover the pork with a piece of tin foil and bake at 250 degrees for 25 minutes. (You can now see the rice underneath has been burnt black and black smoke is coming out of the oven.)

12. If you don't have an oven, use an old frying pan. Put a layer of tin foil in the frying pan, pour rice, black tea, orange peel, sugar, put a rack on it, put the pork, cover the pork with a piece of newspaper or tin foil, cover the pot, and smoke over medium-low heat for 10-20 minutes. You should see black smoke coming out of the pot and the pork turning brown.

13. Let the smoked bacon cool naturally, then wrap it in a plastic bag and store it in the refrigerator or freezer.
