How to make tofu pods

Learning to cook some common home-cooked dishes and cooking at home can make your family warm. Even if we are busy, it is best for us to cook at home often. We can make some simpler dishes. The method of making tofu pods is relatively simple. Even if you are not a good cook, you don’t have to worry about not being able to learn it.

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Cut a scallion into small pieces, mince ginger and put them into the meat filling. Add appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine, dark soy sauce and pepper powder, mix well and marinate for ten minutes.

3. Cut the tofu into about 4 cm thick pieces, and then cut it in the middle without cutting it off.

4. Carefully stuff the marinated meat filling into the middle of the tofu and press it firmly.

7. Put the tofu in without waiting for the oil to heat up, and fry slowly over low heat

8. Turn over when golden brown and fry all six sides.

9. While frying the tofu, prepare a sauce: soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, appropriate amount of salt, add water to make the sauce

10. After the tofu is fully fried, pour in the sauce and simmer for three minutes. During this time, turn the tofu over to make it more evenly flavored.

11. When half of the soup is gone, take out the tofu and cut another scallion into small pieces and sprinkle them on the tofu.

12. Bring the soup in the pot to a boil and add starch
