1. Prepare the ingredients and clean them

2. Peel the carrots and cut into dice, wash the cabbage and tear it into small pieces by hand, wash the mushrooms and cut them in half and then in half again.

3. Put a tablespoon of oil in the pot, heat it up and add ginger slices to fry until fragrant

4. Pour in the pork belly slices and stir-fry until the surface changes color

5. Pour a large bowl of water (it would be better if there is broth, I put a small bowl of leftover pork ribs soup from last night)

6. Skim off the foam after boiling

7. Pour one tablespoon of rice wine

8. Pour in all the vegetables, bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes

9. Turn off the heat. When the pot is no longer boiling, scoop a large spoonful of miso into the soup and stir with chopsticks. After the miso is melted in the spoon, add it into the soup and stir well. It will taste better if you sprinkle some chopped green onions before serving (I forgot to buy green onions, so I didn’t put them in)
