How to make grilled stinky tofu

There are many ways to eat, but you must eat some healthy food. To be healthy, you need to cook it yourself. The grilled stinky tofu introduced below is very suitable for making.

1. Cut the stinky tofu into rectangular cubes and take out the peanut powder for later use.

2. Pour the sauce into the pot and mix, boil over low heat and let cool; soak the bamboo skewers in water and set aside

3. Pour salad oil into the pan and heat it to 180 degrees, then fry the stinky tofu in the pan.

4. When the stinky tofu is fried until both sides are golden brown, remove it from the oil and set aside

5. Put the fried stinky tofu on bamboo skewers

6. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees and place the stinky tofu in a baking tray.

7. Use a knife to gently cut a cut on both sides of each piece of stinky tofu to make it taste good, and then put it in the oven

8. When both sides of the tofu are roasted until fragrant, take it out, brush it with sauce, turn it over and brush it with sauce again, put it in the oven to continue roasting, repeat this action several times, take it out, sprinkle it with peanut powder, and serve with kimchi
