How to make pancakes

1. Add scallion oil, soy sauce, salt, oyster sauce and black pepper to the minced meat, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes. Cut the zucchini into shreds, add salt and marinate for a while, then squeeze out the water. Add to the marinated meat paste and mix well. According to the viscosity of the filling, add an appropriate amount of water squeezed out of the zucchini, add salt, and stir well.

2. Use flour, yeast and water to make fermented dough. After fermentation is complete, drain and knead evenly. Divide into small doses. Take one and open it.

3. Add the filling and wrap it up. Heat a frying pan, pour in a small amount of oil and put in the buns. Fry on low heat for 5 minutes.

4. Pour very dilute starch water to half of the buns, cover, and fry over medium-low heat until the water is dry.

5. With the remaining small pieces of dough, I made sesame cakes: roll them out, sprinkle with salt, spread with sesame paste, roll them up, coil them up, and make them 1cm thick. Fry on low heat until both sides are browned. (The wrapped buns need to be cooked for 10-15 minutes before being put into the pot)
