How to make wonton sea cucumber

Food shows are very popular nowadays, and I believe you must be envious of them in front of the TV. Now I will introduce to you a dish of wonton and sea cucumber. You must try to make it yourself according to the steps below.

1.1 Simmer the sea cucumber slices in broth for 20 minutes

2.2 Add broth, salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, salt and chicken essence to the pork filling and beat in one direction. Add sesame oil and mix well. Wrap wontons with wonton wrappers. Slice the sea cucumber into large pieces; slice the green onion and ginger; chop the coriander.

3. Stir-fry the scallion and ginger until fragrant, add the sea cucumber slices, broth, salt, cooking wine, pepper, and soy sauce, simmer for 10 minutes on low heat, add balsamic vinegar, thicken with water starch, and drizzle with sesame oil

4. Pour the hot and sour sea cucumber into a bowl

5. Deep fry the wontons until golden brown

6. Place the wontons on a plate and add the hot and sour sea cucumber.
