1. Wash the winter squash and cut into thin slices for later use.

2. Dice the tomatoes and set aside.

3. Mix one tablespoon of light soy sauce, two tablespoons of vinegar and one tablespoon of sugar into a bowl of sauce and set aside.

4. Heat the pan with cold oil , add minced garlic and dried chilies and stir-fry until fragrant.

5. Pour in tomatoes and stir-fry until red juice comes out.
