How to make celery wontons

1. Remove the old leaves from the celery, blanch it in boiling water, chop it into small pieces, squeeze out the water, and prepare some chopped green onion and ginger.

2. Mix the prepared vegetables and meat, add appropriate amount of chicken essence, salt, five-spice powder, and salad oil and mix well.

3. Put the filling in the center of the wonton wrapper. If the wrapper is too dry, apply some water.

4. Apply clean water to the place where the leather is to be turned over so that the leather can stick firmly. Then fold the other side of the leather towards you.

5.Fold the side with the filling downwards like this

7.Pinch the two corners together and the wonton is ready.
