Material

150g pork tenderloin, half a zucchini, 5 small tomatoes, oyster sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine, black pepper, olive oil, cooked white sesame seeds

5. Spread the marinated tenderloin on the vegetables, cover it diagonally with tin foil and wrap it up. (Note that the ingredients in the tin foil bag should be kept flat)

6. Put it in a frying pan, cover it, heat it on medium heat for about 6 minutes, open the tin foil bag and sprinkle with white sesame seeds. (Be careful when you open the tin foil package, the heat inside will burn your hands)
