How to make shrimp and pea fried rice

The method of making shrimp and pea fried rice is actually very simple, and it is not difficult to learn even for a novice in cooking.

1. Prepare the shrimps... I used the spicy shrimps that I didn’t finish eating at noon and only used the shrimp tails.

2. Rinse the peas in boiling water.

3. Cut the ham into small pieces.

4. Whether the taste is good or not depends on the rice. The rice is the leftover pork ribs stew from lunch.

5. Then put a little oil in the pan and heat it up. Put the shrimp, peas, and ham into the pan, stir-fry for a few times, add a little water, and stir-fry until the soup is almost gone. Then put it in a bowl and set aside. (The shrimp meat itself is fried and has flavor, so don’t add any seasoning)

6. Put a little oil in the pan and fry the rice. Add an appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence. When it is almost done, add the fried shrimps. Add the green onions and stir-fry evenly before serving.

Although restaurants provide us with convenience, they still have many shortcomings. It is better to cook it ourselves. Shrimp and pea fried rice is easy to make, nutritious and healthy.
