14. Boil water in a pot. Put the dumplings into the pot and immediately stir them with a spoon to prevent them from sticking to the pot. After the dumplings float up, turn to low heat. When it is about to boil, add a little cold water and continue to cook. When it boils again, add a little more water and continue to cook for a while. When the dumplings are a little translucent, they can be removed from the pot.
