6. Place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

7. Crystal skin: Mix 150g of cornstarch, 50g of corn starch and 1g of salt, pour in 130ml of boiling water, stirring until there is no dry noodles, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

8.1 Take a small piece, roll it into long strips, cut into small pieces, roll it into thin slices, and press it with a mold (to make the skin uniform in size)

9.2 Take it out and rub it evenly, then add lard or (olive oil) and knead it into a ball, set aside.

10. Use a knife to remove the dough.

11. Add stuffing and shape into dumplings.

12. Place carrot slices in the pot (to prevent sticking), put the shrimp dumplings in, steam over high heat for 6 minutes and serve.

13. Features: crystal clear, smooth and fragrant
