Ingredients: 4g American ginseng, 6g Fritillaria cirrhosa, 30g sea coconut, 2 pears, 150g lean meat

Put the American ginseng, sea coconut, pear, Fritillaria cirrhosa, and washed lean meat into a stew pot, add appropriate amount of cold boiled water, cover, and stew over high heat for 15 minutes, then simmer over low heat for 3 hours.

If you want to make the drink thinner, you can add an extra bottle of milk or reduce the amount of ingredients. Ingredients: 50g sea coconut king, 10g fig, 10 almonds, 10g lily, 5g lotus seeds, 3g polygonatum, 3 taels lean meat.
