How to make Qixi Qiaoguo

1. Dissolve the yeast in warm water, pour the yeast water into the flour mixed with milk powder and sugar several times, and knead into a uniform dough

2.1 Cut a piece of the kneaded dough, roll it into long strips, and pinch it into small pieces according to the size of the model. Put the small piece of dough into the clip, press it with your fingers, and use scissors to cut off the excess dough. Finally, knock it out hard, and a row of small cakes is ready. Cover with a dry cloth and let it rise for a quarter of an hour. Preheat the oven to 185 degrees and it will be ready in ten minutes.

3.2 Cover the kneaded dough with plastic wrap and let it rise at room temperature for one hour. Take out the risen dough and knead it evenly with your hands. The longer the dough is kneaded, the tastier the finished product will be and the whiter the color will be.

4. Then use the mold to knock out other shapes of cookies, put them into the oven, bake them, take them out, and eat them after they cool down.
