How to make spicy dry pot chicken

Many of our friends often neglect eating and have no appetite due to the pressure of work. You might as well go to the kitchen and make a delicious spicy dry pot chicken. You can experience the fun of cooking and increase your appetite, so that you can eat more healthily and with peace of mind. Next, follow me into the kitchen and make it!

1. Chop the chicken into small pieces, cut the green onions into long sections, mince the garlic and ginger, and cut off the roots of the bean sprouts.

2. Cut the dried red pepper into small pieces, wash them with clean water and drain them. (This way, when frying, it won’t get burnt quickly and will be clean)

3. Add salt and 1/4 egg to the chopped chicken and marinate for 30 minutes

4. Put the seasonings, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, chicken essence, cooking wine and water into a bowl and mix well for later use.

5. Heat the wok, add a little oil, add the chicken pieces in the cool oil, and stir-fry over medium heat. (If you have the conditions to fry, heat the oil, put the chicken in and fry it over high heat until golden brown, then remove it, heat the oil again, put the chicken in and fry it again for 1 minute. This will have a better effect.)

6. Slowly and patiently fry until the chicken pieces shrink and the fat inside is squeezed out

7. Take out the chicken pieces and the frying oil, and wash the pot.

8. Heat the pan, pour the oil back into the pan, add the peppercorns, star anise, minced ginger and garlic, scallion segments, and dried red peppers, stir-fry over low heat until fragrant

9. Pour in the fried chicken, pour in the pre-prepared seasoning and black pepper, and stir-fry quickly over high heat.

10. Add shallots and balsamic vinegar until the chicken absorbs the sauce, and stir-fry until the water is completely dried up.

11. Heat the dry pan on the fire, add a little oil, add the soybean sprouts and a little salt, and fry over low heat until the soybean sprouts are cooked.

12. Finally, pour the fried chicken pieces into the dry pan, sprinkle with white sesame seeds, put the dry pan on the fire and eat while heating. If you don't use a dry pan, it's also delicious to just mix the two ingredients together and stir-fry for 2 minutes

The method of making spicy dry pot chicken introduced above may be very simple, but with your extraordinary comprehension, you will definitely add your own innovation. If you dare to innovate, you will definitely be able to create delicious food with new ingredients.
