1. Cut the potatoes into small pieces, like the size of dice, add 1 TBL of water, put them in a microwave-safe bowl, cover with a lid, but don't cover it tightly, just put it on, and let it cook for 12-15 minutes.

2.1 Add water three times, 1 tablespoon each time. Do not add water all at once, as this will cause the material to absorb water unevenly. Stir in one direction until it becomes a paste.

3.2 After braising, use a large spoon to mash it into a paste, add chopped green onion, corn starch, salt, sugar and pepper powder, and mix well.

4. Put a proper amount of oil in a frying pan, use a measuring spoon (1 tablespoon) to scoop about a flat spoonful, roll it into a ball with your hands and then flatten it with your palm, about 0.5-0.8 cm thick, and fry it in a frying pan (the size of the pancake is up to you).

5. Don't use too high a heat, use medium heat, fry one side until golden brown and then fry the other side. If one side is not fried enough, fry both sides alternately until golden brown.
