2. Prepare a larger pot or bowl.

3. Wash all the ingredients. (Peel the lettuce, do not peel the cucumber, remove the seeds from the bell pepper, and scrape the carrot with the back of a knife without peeling it)

4. Cut cucumber and lettuce into strips.

5. Dice the onion and slice the ginger.

6. Dice carrots and bell peppers, and cut celery into sections. (For red radish, only the skin and radish leaves are taken)

7. Prepare a bowl of cold boiled water.

8. Put all the vegetables in a bowl, add ginger slices, peppercorns and rock sugar.

9. Pour the prepared cold boiled water into the basin, shake it, and cover it with a lid. (Turn the kimchi over as needed)

10. After five hours, you can basically enjoy it. This kind of kimchi is not only appetizing, but it can also be the best in the world! Simple, convenient and elegant, because kimchi has now become the biggest highlight of the meal.
