How to make delicious shrimp chips without oil

Ingredients: 8 shrimps, 30g lily bulb, 30g black fungus, 150g green pepper, 100g red pepper, 100g yellow pepper

3. Production steps

 

1. First, soak the lily and fungus in water, and tear the fungus into small pieces. Then blanch it in water.

2. Cut the green pepper, red pepper and yellow pepper into pieces.

3. Chop the onion, ginger and garlic.

4. Peel off the shrimp heads and skins.

6. Cut the shrimp in the middle and use cooking wine, salt, onion and ginger water. Marinate for 5-10 minutes.

7. Put starch on the chopping board and coat the shrimps with starch.

11. Insert chopsticks into the oil pan, and small bubbles will appear around the chopsticks. The oil temperature should be 30% to 40% hot.

12. Put the shrimp chips into the oil pan and slide them until they turn white.
